**Job Title**: Sales Executive

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain product/service features and benefits to clients effectively.
- Generate leads, build relationships, and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM/software.
- Follow up with potential clients to close sales opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet organizational goals.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of proven experience in sales or tele-calling.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure in a target-based environment.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Must be Graduate.
