**Job Purpose**
- To deliver on the planned growth pillars for SME viz. IoT, Cloud, Connectivity - Acquisition Matrices
- Account Coverage & Customer engagement
- Mid Market A/C Coverage
**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Institutionalize Operating Plan in the circle to drive Segment KPIs including strategic initiatives and productivity across sales teams and partners - Roll out standard City reach plan & show differentiation in the top town coverage - Design
- Deliver GTM as per the Coverage norms - 5 Productive CPs / CSM
- Not more than 10% to be Dormant CPs
- Infrastructure as per set norm for Physical Reach
- Future fit partner Eco System

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
