**The Opportunity**:
**What?**

Your primary responsibility will be to work with the Revenue Operations lead to oversee the tools, data, automation, and integrations for the company. This ensures that processes, including **marketing**, keep running smoothly and the contributors within the marketing team have clarity on how their efforts contribute to growth objectives.

**Why?**

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Marketing Operations Intern to assist in streamlining the marketing process. This is a crucial role for the company to scale. The role will give you visibility into the moving parts that enable the company to improve brand visibility, identify intent, engage prospects, provide value to potential buyers, and eventually generate revenue. You will be involved with Stakeholders that work across the Growth funnel.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and maintain marketing technology systems.
- Set up integrations with tools used by different teams to the main CRM. This is to ensure that all information is fed into one place. **Almabase strongly believes in maintaining a central source of truth - Almabase enables customers to do the same through its products.**:

- Ensure data hygiene and accurate attribution with the help of our data operations team.

**Internship**:

- Understand the team’s existing product stack and process to map areas of improvement with the RevOps Lead.
- Monitor and help in improving the performance of all existing campaigns to devise improvements and prevent prospective buyers from slipping through the cracks.
- Communicate and enable Channel owners with Leads data for follow-ups post Lead-gen initiatives such as Webinars, LinkedIn Lives, Conferences, and Content downloads.

**On becoming full-time**:

- Publishing and maintaining the content on our website & other digital platforms
- Active POC for our partner marketing agencies & design collabs
- Help the team in launching and running ad campaigns on different channels
- Logistics for conferences or any other growth campaign

**Compensation**

This is an Internship role with a stipend of 25k/month for three months with the scope of conversion to full time.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a relevant field
- Who are just out of college, and looking to start their career in the digital marketing space (0-1 year of experience).
- Deep-rooted passion to explore and adapt to new marketing tools all the time. _If you don’t meet this requirement, you are likely to not enjoy the role a bit._
- Has a knack for statistical analysis. Should be excellent at Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - _your ability to articulate problems well will make you successful on the job._
- Process-oriented & organized - you need to manage a lot of different things in this role so you need to be extremely disciplined and diligent in the way you operate every day
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the aptitude to communicate effectively
- Team player: This role requires you to talk to many people and coordinate cross-functionally. People need to enjoy working with you.
- A passion for education will make you feel at home.
