**Job Description**:
We are excited to welcome a Growth Operations Intern to our team at Karbon Business. This internship,

spanning three months, is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about marketing tech. If you excel

in a fast-paced environment and showcase exceptional performance, there is potential for a full-time role with

us.

Key Competencies & Basic Qualifications

1. Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program

2. Good to have prior internship experience in growth/marketing

3. Minimum CGPA cut-off - 7/10 (or 70% of total)

4. Must have extracurricular achievements

5. Attention to detail

6. Basic Excel/G-Sheets know-how

7. Intuitive with learning new software

**Responsibilities**:
1. Launch outbound marketing campaigns

2. Support in analyzing campaign results

3. Maintain databases

4. Execute campaigns with specific goals

5. Demonstrate initiative in day-to-day tasks

**Job Type**: Internship

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Bangalore, Karnataka (required)
