**Admission Counsellor**

**Qualification**:Any Graduation

**Timings**:7.45 A.M to 4.30 PM(Monday to Saturday)

**Salary: ₹15,000.00 to ₹20,000.00 /month**

**Experience: 0- 3 years of relevant experience in reputed school**

i. Good Relevant Experience.

ii. Good communication skills.

iii. Good command over English Language.

**Major Responsibilities and Duties**

i. To share the admission process with prospective parents.

ii. To address the queries of prospective and existing parents.

iii. To facilitate the entire admission process.

iv. To maintain a record of students’ data, registration, admissions, and withdrawals.

v. Preparing MIS on the walk-ins to conversions; Admissions, enquiries etc.

vi. Maintain all school related required information to be shared with prospective parents as one point of contact.

vii. To be updated with all school activities / events for sharing of the same with prospective parents.

ix. Provide constant feedback to the Principal and Management on daily enquiry status and admission status. Communicate clearly on changing trends, Observations, requests received to Management and Principal.

xi. Accept regular school office related duties which pertain to school operations, admissions, marketing, reporting trends, study of competition, school events.

xii. Managing people who come to meet Principals, teachers, and students.

xiii. Should be familiar with the specific admission requirements in terms of documents,age boundaries etc.

xiv. Knowledgeable of the academic details of the programs, familiar with the fees and particulars of competing schools around

xv. Constant upgradation of knowledge of boards,school related etc

xvi. Provide customers and internal staff with professional administrative support including taking accurate and properly detailed messages, attending to routine correspondence and when required prepare written reports.

xvii. Attend to all incoming phone calls and enquiries Attend to walk in visitors, parents and school's stakeholders, collect and distribute the mails.

xviii. Provide assistance in the administration and maintenance of school records.

xix. Ensure the front office and reception is presentable.

xx. As the first point of contact for parents and visitors, endeavour to answer telephone enquiries in an efficient, friendly and professional manner.

xxi. Maintain familiarity with office listings, including advertisements, so an enquiry can be directed to the most appropriate member of staff promptly.
