**Job Title**:
VMC Machine Setter cum Operator (Tool Room Applications)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up VMC machines, including fixture alignment, tool selection, and setting tool offsets.
- Operate VMC machines to produce components as per technical drawings and specifications.
- Perform fixture machining, press tool machining, and mould machining with high accuracy.
- Inspect machined parts using measuring instruments to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired results.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and the cleanliness of the work area.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in machine maintenance and report any technical issues promptly.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Familiarity with machining processes for fixtures, press tools, and moulds.
- Strong knowledge of cutting tools, feeds, and speeds for different materials.
- Hands-on experience with measuring instruments like Vernier calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under mínimal supervision.
