Customer Support Representative

MrMed is looking for Support Executives to assist our customers in order fulfillment and post‑order support over telephone/ chat channels.
**Timings: 12pm to 9pm**
**Location: T Nagar Chennai**
**Responsibilities**:
- Handling customers’ query on products or the company via phone calls and chat channels, and making follow‑up outbound calls
- Resolving post dispatch issues of customers - eg delivery status, order tracking
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases
- Escalating unresolved issues to team leads and persistent issues directly to senior management
**Desired Profile**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1-2 years’ experience in customer support
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Hindi mandatory)
- Should possess a temperament for handling customers with care
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Evening shift
