We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Female Medical Lab Technician to join our team at Sharan Pathological Lab. The Medical Lab Technician will be responsible for performing various laboratory tests and procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients' medical conditions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform laboratory tests such as hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and immunology assays.
- Collect and process specimens, including blood, urine, and other bodily fluids, for testing.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results.
- Prepare and analyze samples, interpret results, and report findings to healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate records of tests performed, results obtained, and patient information.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to maintain high standards of laboratory testing.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
- Previous experience working as a Medical Lab Technician preferred.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, techniques, and equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in performing tests and recording results.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient-centric approach.
- Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with laboratory information systems.
