**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine and specialized tests on medical consumables and equipment during production.
- Conduct validation procedures to ensure that all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of test results and validations in digital formats.
- Analyze and interpret data, preparing reports for the production and quality control teams.
- Collaborate with production and R&D teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
- Ensure all laboratory instruments are calibrated and functioning properly.
- Adhere to safety and compliance regulations in the laboratory and manufacturing environments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
- Prior experience in laboratory testing, especially in the medical or pharmaceutical industries.
- Knowledge of validation processes and quality control in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and other lab-related software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a methodical approach to tasks.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with ISO or GMP standards for medical devices.
- Knowledge of laboratory equipment and calibration processes.
- Experience with report generation and data analysis software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
