Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Laboratory Technician at AMAD Hospital, located in Patna. The Laboratory Technician will perform routine laboratory tests and analyses, operate and maintain laboratory equipment, and ensure compliance with quality control standards. Additional responsibilities include collecting and preparing specimens, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with healthcare teams to support diagnostic and treatment services.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Laboratory Equipment and Laboratory Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Control processes applicable to laboratory environments
  • Analytical Skills to conduct tests and interpret results accurately
  • Experience working in roles requiring knowledge and expertise as a Laboratory Technician
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations in medical laboratory settings
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Medical Laboratory Technology or a relevant field
  • Previous experience in healthcare or clinical laboratory settings is an advantage
