**Responsibilities**:
**1. Administrative Oversight**:
- Supervise overall hospital operations including front desk, housekeeping, security, and facility management.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure seamless workflow across all units.
- Ensure timely procurement of medical and non-medical supplies.
- Maintain hospital infrastructure, cleanliness, and safety standards.
**2. Patient Services**:
- Oversee patient admission, discharge, and transfer processes.
- Ensure high standards of patient care and satisfaction.
- Handle patient grievances and feedback constructively.
- Monitor OPD/IPD flow and improve service efficiency.
**3. Staff Coordination & Management**:
- Supervise administrative and support staff including HR, finance, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Assist in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of hospital staff.
- Maintain duty rosters, ensure adequate staffing, and monitor attendance.
- Encourage a collaborative and ethical work culture.
**4. Financial & Resource Management**:
- Assist in budgeting, expense control, and billing oversight.
- Ensure timely submission of invoices, insurance claims, and statutory payments.
- Optimize resource utilization and minimize waste.
**5. Legal & Regulatory Compliance**:
- Ensure adherence to all healthcare laws, hospital accreditations, safety norms, and licensing requirements.
- Prepare for and assist in audits (NABH, JCI, ISO, etc.).
- Maintain updated records and reports as per government and hospital policies.
**6. Emergency and Crisis Management**:
- Act as a point of contact during medical emergencies or administrative crises.
- Coordinate disaster management protocols and mock drills.
**7. Technology & Records Management**:
- Oversee the implementation and usage of Hospital Information System (HIS) or EMR.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of medical and administrative records.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hospital administration or operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of hospital regulations, healthcare systems, and accreditation standards.
- Ability to manage teams, multitask, and solve problems effectively.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Schedule:
