**Responsibilities**:
Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies to customers in a clear and concise manner.

Assist customers in troubleshooting technical problems or navigating our platforms through written communication.

Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns, resolving complaints, and providing appropriate solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to gather information and deliver comprehensive responses to customer queries.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns.

Document customer interactions and information accurately in our customer support systems.

Identify and escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation and resolution.

Continuously improve customer support processes by suggesting innovative solutions and identifying areas for improvement.

Stay updated with company policies, procedures, and product updates to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

**Requirements**:
Exceptional written communication skills with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations, identify the root cause, and propose effective solutions.

Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.

Attention to detail to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.

Empathy and patience to handle customer concerns with a customer-centric approach.

Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using customer support software, ticketing systems, and other relevant tools.

Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jodhpur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
