Position Summary

The Sales Representative is primarily responsible for maximizing the in-store customer experience, driving sales through expert product knowledge, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring our products are displayed aesthetically and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert in-store assistance to customers, actively engaging them to understand their needs and offering tailored design solutions.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and special orders with professionalism and a resolution-focused approach.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through follow-up calls, emails, and personalized communication.
  • Assist in managing the client database, ensuring all sales and relationship notes are logged accurately.
  • Invite repeat business by keeping clients informed of new arrivals, exclusive promotions, and store events.
  • Execute and maintain the in-store display of products according to visual merchandising guidelines to ensure a beautiful, inspiring, and clutter-free environment.
  • Assist the Store Manager with inventory-related tasks, including receiving, ticketing, and organizing both on-display and off-the-shelf stock.
  • Ensure the sales floor is continuously tidy, stocked, and ready for business.

Monday: Closed

Tuesday - Sunday: 10 AM to 8 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sardarpura, Jodhpur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
