- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and styling tips.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the store/department.
- *Inventory Management:*
- Receive, unpack, and stock merchandise in a timely and organized manner.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, track stockroom inventory, and report any discrepancies.
- Ensure that the sales floor is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- *Customer Service:*
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Process transactions, handle returns, and exchange merchandise as needed.
- *Visual Merchandising:*
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create attractive displays and promote sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

*Requirements:*
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic knowledge of fashion and styling (training will be provided).
- Ability to meet sales targets and work towards achieving business objectives.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers.
