**Requirements and skills**
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer for Grocery, Maintenance etc and Maintenance Operations.
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors).
- Analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses.
- Negotiation skills.
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
- Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
- Proficient computer skills in spreadsheets; data bases and word processing.

**Experience: - 5 Yrs - 8 Yrs**

**Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor in any stream.**

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
