**Associate - Payments**

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensure all the deliverables of payments activities are met within timelines.
- Perform automatic payment runs and Manual payment as per the schedules.
- Identify process gaps and coordinate with the team to fix it proactively
- Develop strong training plan to new joiners and cross trainings within team for backup
- Review & monitor the bank accounts and follow up with the country team if any changes.
- Ensure all the ICS control for payments is performed on timely manner.
- Ensure no audit observations and validating all the process SOPs on regular intervals.
- Perform all monthly/Weekly reports pertains to KPI, Ageing, Error code, etc.
- Coordination with Payment GPO to ensure all the process are documented in SOP

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Graduate/postgraduate in Accounting with specialization in Finance
- 3-4 years of accounting experience
- Attention to Details
- Good Knowledge of MS Office
- Excel and Power Point
- Should be good in accounting and have knowledge of SAP T Codes
- Good analytical and reporting skills, self-driven and results oriented
- Ability to understand the fundamentals of Accounting principles
- Effective verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
