**Job Summary**: As a Legal Officer for our NBFC company, you will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance, managing legal risks, and providing legal advice and support to various departments within the organization. You will play a critical role in safeguarding the company's interests and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines governing the operations of NBFCs. Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and assess their impact on the company's operations. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and agreements, including loan agreements, service contracts, lease agreements, and vendor agreements. Ensure that contractual terms are legally sound and protect the interests of the company.
- Conduct legal due diligence reviews for new business initiatives, investments, and transactions. Identify legal risks and provide recommendations to mitigate potential liabilities. Review documentation related to mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
- Prepare and file regulatory reports, disclosures, and submissions required by regulatory authorities. Ensure timely and accurate compliance with regulatory filing requirements, including licensing renewals, financial reporting, and statutory filings.
- Conduct legal research on various topics relevant to the company's operations, including banking and finance laws, consumer protection regulations, and corporate governance standards. Analyze legal issues and provide timely advice and recommendations to management and other departments.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university. A Master's degree in Law or relevant specialization may be preferred.
- Proven experience in a legal role within the financial services industry, with specific experience in NBFC regulations preferred.
- Sound knowledge of banking and finance laws, securities regulations, consumer protection laws, and contract law.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
