We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Officer to join our real estate team in Mumbai. The Legal Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring legal compliance, mitigating risks, and providing expert legal advice in various matters related to real estate transactions and property development projects.

**Job role**:
**Legal Compliance**:

- Review and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines related

to real estate and property transactions.
- Monitor changes in relevant legal frameworks and update internal stakeholders accordingly.
- Ensure that all real estate activities adhere to the necessary legal requirements.

Contract Drafting and Review:

- Prepare, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including purchase agreements,

lease agreements, joint venture agreements, and construction contracts.
- Identify potential legal risks and propose suitable contractual clauses to mitigate those risks.

**Due Diligence**:

- Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence on properties and projects to identify any

potential legal issues or liabilities.
- Provide recommendations based on due diligence findings and work on resolving any

identified issues.

Litigation Management:

- Collaborate with external legal counsel to manage litigation and dispute resolution related

to real estate matters.
- Assist in representing the company's interests in legal proceedings and negotiations.

**Regulatory Approvals**:

- Assist in obtaining necessary permits, licenses, and approvals from relevant authorities for

real estate development projects.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with zoning, environmental, and other

relevant regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
