**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand buyer requirements and ensure timely development of samples and approvals
- Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure quality and timely production
- Communicate with buyers regarding product specifications, costing, and delivery timelines
- Follow up on raw material procurement and inventory availability
- Prepare and manage Time and Action (TNA) calendar for orders
- Monitor production status and solve issues to ensure on-time delivery
- Ensure product quality matches buyer expectations and industry standards
- Maintain all documentation related to purchase orders, costing, and quality
- Conduct market and trend research to support new product development

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Graduate or Diploma in Fashion Designing / Textile / Apparel Merchandising
- 3-5 years of experience in garment merchandising, preferably in export or domestic brands
- Strong understanding of garment production processes, fabrics, trims, and finishes
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and ERP software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Attention to detail and quality
- Team player with leadership abilities
- Familiarity with fashion trends and buyer markets (domestic/export)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
