Purvaja is a leading garment manufacturing company, producing high-quality garments for clients around the world. We are seeking a talented and motivated Garment Merchandiser to join our team and work closely with our clients, suppliers, and production team to ensure that our products are of the highest quality and delivered on time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with clients to understand their product requirements, budget, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with suppliers to source and purchase raw materials required for production
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Negotiate with suppliers and clients on pricing and delivery terms
- Maintain accurate records of production costs, timelines, and other relevant information
- Keep up to date with market trends and product developments
- Collaborate with design and production teams to develop new products and improve production processes
- Ensure timely delivery of products to clients
- Scheduling of activities
- Product costing
- BOM(Bill of Materials) Preparation
- Providing Quality approval
- Preparing Production File
- Conducting Pre-Production Meeting
- order Execution
- providing after-sales services

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business Administration or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in garment merchandising or related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of garment production processes, materials, and market trends
- Ability to work in a team environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
