Sales Associate (Field Work)

We're looking for a Field Sales Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be on the front lines, meeting new clients and helping them find the right loan solutions.

What You'll Do:

- Connect with clients: You'll be doing field work, meeting potential clients face-to-face.
- Bring in loan cases: Your main goal will be to find and bring in cases for:

- Home Loans
- Loans Against Property
- Business Loans
- Build relationships: Develop trust and rapport with clients to understand their needs.
- Learn and grow: We'll provide training to help you understand our products and sales process.

What We're Looking For:

- Excellent communication skills: You should be able to talk to people clearly and effectively.
- A drive to succeed: You're motivated to meet targets and earn commissions.
- Open to learning: We'll teach you everything you need to know, so being a quick learner is key.
- Comfortable with field work: This role requires you to be out meeting clients.

Work Details:

- Timings: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Training: We believe in continuous learning You'll attend classes to help you grow your skills.
- Compensation: You'll earn commission based on your sales performance. The more cases you close, the more you earn
