Commis 2 will lead the overall food preparation in the Kitchen.

**Responsibilities**:
1) Able to organise the assigned work area and efficiently put away orders.

2) Memorise and monitor all the ingredient's position in the kitchen and their quantity.

3) Able to operate kitchen equipment like braisingpan, bakingovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers.

4) Responsible for preparing and cooking all food items by the recipeand to specification.

5) Ensures that all products are stored properly in the correct location at the appropriate levels at all times.

6) Able to take responsibility, need to be flexible and willing to help other departments at busy times as and when required.

Qualifications:
Graduate in Hotel Management from any college with specialty in Continental/Italian cuisine with minimum 3 to 4 years experience
