We are seeking an IT Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will provide hands-on IT support to internal users, ensuring their systems and technologies run smoothly. You will troubleshoot computer issues, manage Microsoft 365, doing user-account management, oversee IT purchases, and assist with network and security infrastructure. We’re looking for a self-motivated individual with a strong willingness to learn and the ability to manage tasks independently with mínimal supervision. You will also collaborate with global teams and work closely with the DevOps and Operations teams to ensure seamless IT operations.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Can manage Office IT and operational purchases and be a supportive hand to DevOps and Operation team.
- Ensure security and data integrity through regular backups, antivirus updates, and security patches.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects.
- Maintain and update documentation related to IT systems and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand and address their IT needs and other office related requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and best practices in IT administration.
- Oversee the delivery and setup of new laptops for employees, ensuring proper configuration and installation of necessary software.
- Manage office technical services like biometrics, land line, network etc., troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with service providers.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- 2+ years of experience in IT administration or a similar role.
- Familiarity with M365 experience/proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and knowledge of Mac operating systems would be a plus.
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Basic network troubleshooting, including routers & switches.
- Basic understanding of cyber security principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) are a plus.
