Construction Site Executive

A Leading manufacturing company require Experienced and reliable, deadline-driven construction supervisor to access and oversee water proofing treatment required at site, supervise & guide crews at Site during the process of Job. The construction supervisor's responsibilities include monitoring performance and making recommendations for improvement, as well as educating all staff on right methods of treatment to be done. You should ensure that projects stay within budget and that required materials and equipment are available.

To be successful as a construction supervisor, you should demonstrate a sound understanding of safety regulations and building codes and be able to transfer this knowledge to your team. Top-notch construction supervisors are leaders who can identify problems and find feasible solutions to them.

Construction Supervisor Responsibilities:
Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.

Monitoring construction/water proofing processes, and providing training and team building sessions are required.

Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.

Performing equipment, material, and routine site inspections.

Scheduling regular meetings with clients, vendors, site inspectors, managers, Architects, Engineers and staff.

Writing up reports, budgets, project plans, and presenting them to relevant stakeholders.

Working closely with architects, Engineers and other professionals.

Staying up-to-date with safety codes and advancements in construction.

Construction Supervisor Requirements:
High school diploma or similar.

Bachelor's degree in construction, business, management, or engineering preferable.

Retired personnel from PSU/PWD/Municipal Corporation/MES/State/Central Goverment are eligible with Civil construction background (Age Limit
- No Bar).

For Freshers/Experienced person (Age Limit-25 to 40 Yrs)

Experience in the construction industry required.

Experience in a leadership role recommended.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure.

Ability to keep track of multiple projects.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and allocate resources effectively. Effective communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and present technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Salary Range - Starting from 17,000 to 20,000 per month
