**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure timely and quality execution of work as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to resolve on-site queries.
- Monitor and check quality of workmanship, materials, and finishes.
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, BOQs, and project schedules.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and photographic documentation.
- Conduct site measurements, verify quantities, and assist in preparing reports for billing/verification.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in supervising residential/commercial building projects.
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and detailing.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural/structural drawings.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in site documentation, reporting, and coordination.
- Having a **bike or personal mode of transport** is beneficial, as it allows visiting multiple sites; **travel expenses will be reimbursed.**

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
