Waterproofing Supervisor Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise daily operations of waterproofing projects
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Conduct site inspections to assess project needs and conditions
• Coordinate with project managers and construction crews
• Train and mentor team members on waterproofing techniques
• Review project plans and specifications for waterproofing requirements
• Select appropriate waterproofing materials and systems
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Perform quality control checks during and after installation
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Address any issues or challenges that arise on-site
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

Waterproofing Supervisor Qualifications & Skills

• Experience with various waterproofing applications and materials
• Knowledge of building codes and industry standards
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with project management software
• Problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations
• Qualification any graduate or equivalent
• Certification in waterproofing or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in waterproofing or construction
• Proven experience in a supervisory role
• Understanding of safety procedures and regulations
