Job Title Civil Site Engineer Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities at our project site The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing construction work as per design and specifications coordinating with stakeholders ensuring safety and quality standards and maintaining project schedules Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure timely and quality completion of construction work Interpret construction drawings and specifications to guide site execution Coordinate with contractors subcontractors and labor teams for smooth workflow Monitor project progress and prepare daily weekly and monthly site reports Ensure materials used and work performed comply with project specifications and standards Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to safety protocols Assist in planning scheduling and resource allocation for site operations Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties or problems at the site Liaise with project managers architects consultants and suppliers as needed Maintain site records including material usage labor deployment and equipment logs Requirements Bachelor s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering Proven experience 10 years as a Site Engineer or similar role in the construction industry Sound knowledge of construction methods materials and legal regulations Familiarity with AutoCAD MS Office and project management software e g MS Project or Primavera Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites if required Preferred Qualifications Experience in residential commercial or infrastructure projects Knowledge of safety management and quality control systems Certification in construction safety or project management is an advantage Job Types Full-time Part-time Pay 9 262 10 - 51 985 27 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Provident Fund Work Location In person
