Position: electrical panel design

Experience
- 2+ years

Ctc
- MAx 10 lpa (30% hike on current ) (depends on interview)

Working Days
- 6 days (9:30 am-6:30pm)

Location: Thane

Department: Engineering / Design

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand client requirements and technical specifications for electrical panels.
- Design and develop electrical panel layouts, single line diagrams (SLD), GA (General Arrangement) drawings, and wiring schematics using AutoCAD.
- Perform load calculations, cable sizing, and protection coordination. Ensure compliance with applicable standards and safety norms.
- Prepare detailed BOM (Bill of Materials) and assist the procurement team in sourcing.
- Coordinate with the production team for design clarification and issue resolution during panel assembly. Support FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and provide documentation including test reports, wiring diagrams, and operation manuals.
- Revise designs based on feedback from internal teams or clients.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in electrical components and panel design.

Qualifications:

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field. 2-3 years of experience in electrical panel design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Electrical.
- Knowledge of electrical standards like IEC, IS, IEEE, UL, etc.
- Familiarity with PLC/automation panel design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Desirable Skills:

- Hands-on knowledge of power distribution, MCC, PCC, APFC, AMF, and PLC panels.
- Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines. Familiarity with panel testing, commissioning, and site support.
