Executive Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Maintain records, files, and documentation
- Serve as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Take meeting notes and ensure timely follow-ups on action items
- Assist in daily administrative and operational activities
- Support project coordination and event planning as required
**Key Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in an administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Professionalism, discretion, and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
