**Salary**: Negotiable

Working Days: Monday to Friday where alternate Saturday is off.

Work Timings: 9.30 to 6.30pm

Open to travel within pune.

**EXPERIENCE**:2-4 years of experience in real estate or all in service industry. The work function or background should be in marketing, customer service or operations roles.

**WORK-LOCATION**:
Koregaon Park, Pune

**JOB PROFILE**:
This position will be responsible for creating promotion content, marketing, lead-generation, CRM and database management activities for the real estate division. This position will require 70% desk job and 30% field working. The profile will involve the following:

- Manage relations with existing partners (builders, property investors, clients & realtors)
- Travel to property sites for property survey, gaining better understanding of the property, taking photographs and discussing the landlord / seller’s expectations.
- Generate & qualify leads and thereafter forward them to the transaction team.
- Store details of all properties as well as enquires in the real estate CRM
- Offer basic advice on market trends to prospect clients.
- Provide administrative assistance to the real estate transaction team.
- Coordinate sale / lease registrations.
- Weekend working may be required on a need basis

**PERSONALITY & OTHER TRAITS**
- Good communication, presentation and Interpersonal skills
- Disciplined, punctual, mature & good team player
- Proven track record in lead generation for service / consulting industry
- Good IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good knowledge of residential clusters and premium properties will be a big plus
