
Looking for Administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities and duties**:
- Monitoring and maintaining multiple mailboxes and phone lines.
- Creating and maintaining reports with multiple spreadsheets and trackers.
- Utilizing reports to relay information to business operations and external customers.
- Fielding inquiries and referrals reviewed for internal and external customers, such as FAA Local Offices, Appeals Units, Office of Special Investigation, Department of Child Care, and the Division of Employment and Rehabilitation Services.
- Coordinating and scheduling work activities, meetings, presentations, and conference calls.
- Preparing and distributing meeting minutes, huddle notes, compiling and preparing meeting agendas, materials, and reports/data.
- Processing incoming/outgoing mail and maintaining supply inventory.
- Completing staffing and tracking reports for Region Program Manager on a regular cadence.
**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs)**:
- Knowledge of policies, procedures, and programs of the immediate unit, Division, and sub-divisions.
- Knowledge of office and database management, time management, and performing technical, complex, and difficult administrative work using independent judgment.
- Knowledge of overseeing multiple projects/assignments, setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and following up on assignments with minimum direction.
- Knowledge of customer service practices and techniques.
- Skilled in explaining policies, procedures, and general information of the immediate unit and the Division to internal and external customers.
- Skilled in gathering and summarizing data for reports.
- Skilled in keyboarding and the use of Microsoft Office programs and Google Workspace.
- Skilled in handling detailed work with accuracy and speed.
- Ability to manage a diverse range of administrative tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to write and speak with clarity and effectiveness.
- Ability to problem-solve various issues and execute appropriate independent judgment.
- Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and coordinate activities across multiple assignments.
(**Minimum 2+ years of experience**
**Ready to work on the Night shift.**
**Work timing: 8:00 am to 4 pm (US Time)**
**Additional Requirements**
Excellent Communication skills
Any International voice experience will be preferred.
Overseeing the customer service process.
Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
