Responsibilities Preparing and reviewing import documentation like bills of lading, customs declarations, and packing lists Tracking shipments and monitoring timelines to avoid delays Maintaining records of import transactions like invoices and shipping documents Coordinating with customs brokers to clear goods Working with logistics teams to arrange transportation and storage Staying updated on import regulations and tariffs Resolving shipping or customs issues Helping develop import strategies to improve efficiency Additional tasks Preparing daily status reports Communicating with the party to update on shipment status Tracing shipment status through websites and personal contact Coordinating with sales and purchasing teams Coordinating with finance and accounting departments Assisting in managing inventory levels Supporting the Import Export Manager in analyzing market trends Skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
