**Position**: Fleet Coordinator
**Location**: RUDRAPUR, (U.S.NAGAR), UTTARAKHAND
**Department**: Operations / Transport
**Reporting To**: Fleet Manager / Operations Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily operations of the company fleet, ensuring smooth scheduling and vehicle availability.
- Monitor fleet utilization, maintenance schedules, insurance renewals, and vehicle registrations.
- Track and maintain all fleet records including servicing, fuel consumption, repairs, and costs.
- Coordinate with drivers for route planning, deliveries, pickups, and other assignments.
- Ensure compliance with all transport laws, safety regulations, and internal policies.
- Handle vehicle breakdowns and arrange timely repairs and maintenance through the workshop team.
- Maintain driver rosters, attendance, discipline, and performance records.
- Verify and process fuel and toll expenses submitted by drivers.
- Assist in analyzing fleet efficiency, cost control, and propose improvement strategies.
- Coordinate with vendors for fleet maintenance, spare parts, and insurance matters.
- Prepare regular reports on fleet operations for management review.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Graduate / Diploma in Transport Management / Business Administration or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in fleet management, preferably in the logistics, transport, or automobile sector.
- Good knowledge of fleet operations, vehicle documentation, and maintenance schedules.
- Strong coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and fleet management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.

- Knowledge of RTO regulations, insurance, permits, and vehicle compliance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
