**Job Responsibilities:
- **
**1.** Monitoring employee personal file and personal records etc.
**2**. Interacting with workers to facilitate harmonies employee relation dialogue counseling/family visits.
**3*.**Responsible for All committee:
- *Works Committee, Canteen Committee, Health& safety Committee, ICC Committee (Sexual harassment) & Grievance Committee Handling.
**4*.**Monthly Statutory Compliances:* Preparation of monthly ESIC/PF ECR & Online submission, pay online payment of Contribution, making PF UAN Activation, Emp. KYC completion, Claim Withdraws & Transfer, Generating ESIC TIC. Maintaining the statutory records under Factory Act such as Muster Roll, Adult worker register, Accident, Bonus, Overtime, Gratuity, Lime-Washing &Painting, Leave and Advance Registers. Prepare and submit Factory Act return within prescribed time limit & documentation for renewal of Factory License.
**5**. Daily, Weekly, Monthly Absenteeism Report.
**6**. Preparation of Salary, Wages, & Disbursement through Bank Transfer.
**7**. Responsible for: Worker, Recruitment, Induction, Joining, Training & Development.
**8*.**Employee communication /supervise welfare measures: Take* care of Health & welfare of the all employees (Staff & workers), Maintain welfare related to provisions like Canteen, Rest Room, Drinking Water, Sanitation, Changing room, Dispensary Room etc.
**9.** **Supervision Employee Safety, Health and Welfare**: Periodical inspecting to all risk points to ensure employees safety, health and welfare measures maintaining in factory premises, provide guide line to conduct work activities in such way as to ensure safety, health and welfare at work of all employees, provide and maintain facilities and arrangements for the welfare of employees at work, provide information, instruction, training and supervision wherever necessary, implement the safety, health and welfare measures necessary for protection of employees, while identified through risk assessments.
**10.** Advice on regulating leaves of workers and explain them leave provisions and on matters pertaining training, transfer or promotion etc.
**11. Training & Development**:Responsible for conducting Trainings based on Annual Training plan, unplanned trainings, competency gap mapping, Training Need Identification, Training Effectiveness Analysis etc.
**13. Joining formalities**: Fill up joining forms, issue appointment letter, and collect require documents, sharing organizational policies & HR Manuals. Opening of Corporate mailing account, issuing ID card, visiting card & creation of login ID for Biometric attendance as well.
**14**. **Labour Management**:Taken various disciplinary action towards absenteeism, attrition, late attendance and other labour misconducts and successfully reduce the same, Handling workers’ day to day grievances & disputes relating to Wages, Leave, Bonus, Overtime, ESIC, PF, Time Attendance, Settlements, Compensation, Gratuity, Appointment, Confirmation, Increment, Group Grievances & Other Amenities.
**15**. **Liaising with Govt. Officials**: liaising with Government Officials such as Department of Labour, ESIC, PF, and Pollution control Board etc. Pertaining to factory compliances (like RC amendment, factory license renewal, Fire NOC etc.)
**16**. **Leave & Other HR Policies, Procedures Implementation**: Maintaining Leave policy of Company, determine leave entitlement of CL, SL and EL and deductions, maintained HR Policies such as Time Office, Recruitment, Appointment, Probation & Confirmation, Promotion, Increment, Resignation, Health & Safety, Travel & Conveyance, Overtime, Perquisite Allowance and similar policy procedures as per company rules.
**17**. **Handling Buyers Based Compliance**: (ICS, AMFORI BSCI, SEDEX, HIGG INDEX (FEM & FSLM), SLCP, SMETA-SEDEX, GOTS/OCS/GRS & (GTW-GREEN TO WEAR, INDITEX, OEKO-TEX, TENDAM &ENVIRONMENTAL AUDIT.)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
