JD FOR- PRODUCTION PLANNER CONTROL(PPC)

Designation: PPC Job Location:
Taloja, Navi Mumbai

Experience: 3 to 4 Years

Department: Production

Education: BE Mechanical /Instrumentation

CTC per annum: 3 to 4 (LPA)

**Job Purpose**: Handle the production planning and control.

**Responsibilities**:
1.Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products. Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay

2.Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.

3.Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations

4.Schedule shift according to production needs. Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget

5.Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption

6.Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.) 7.Prepare and submit status and performance reports. Keep paperwork organized 8.Collaborate with quality control, dispatch and other staff

**Requisite Skills**:
1.Proven experience as production planner. Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.

2.Experience in MRP (Manufacturing resource planning) Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems

3.Good at math and statistics

4.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication abilities Ability to work under pressure Leadership skills.
