Production Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate production activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- motivate production staff to achieve performance targets and quality standards.
- Monitor production metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and maintenance, to resolve production issues and drive process improvements.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure proper functioning and maintenance.
- Develop and implement production plans and strategies to meet production targets and customer demand.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to production activities, performance metrics, and quality control.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Mechanical Diploma / ITI Required
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control principles.
- Good communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good Knowledge of MS Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
