
Executive Support Officer

**Job Summary**:
The Student Support Executive is responsible for assisting students with academic, administrative, and personal support to enhance their overall learning experience. This role involves guiding students through admission procedures, academic counseling, issue resolution, and ensuring a smooth communication process between students, faculty, and administration.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Student Assistance & Support**:
- Provide guidance on course selection, academic requirements, and career pathways.
- Address student queries regarding admissions, scholarships, and enrollment processes.
- Support students in understanding school/university policies and procedures.
- **Academic & Administrative Support**:
- Assist students in accessing study materials, timetables, and learning resources.
- Coordinate with faculty and departments to resolve academic concerns.
- Help students with exam registrations, fee payments, and other administrative tasks.
- **Counseling & Well-being Support**:
- Offer basic guidance on academic challenges, stress management, and student well-being.
- Refer students to relevant support services (counseling, career guidance, mentorship programs).
- **Communication & Coordination**:
- Act as a bridge between students and the administration, ensuring smooth communication.
- Organize student orientation programs and workshops.
- Maintain records of student concerns and follow up on resolutions.
- **Event & Engagement Activities**:
- Assist in organizing student engagement activities, extracurricular events, and career fairs.
- Encourage student participation in academic and cultural programs.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
