**Job Purpose**

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Customer data base handling on GST compliance
- ECGF governance & insights to core team on periodic basic
- Internal & External Audit reports
- Customer Master & Exception Management Control
- National Policy creation, Implementation and Monitoring
- AOP & Collection Agency Management
- DRT and complaint process management
- Contribution in process enhancement and automation to enhance billing efficiency and reduction in Bad debts.

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- Target Oriented Approach
- Risk assessment and analytics
- Manage Internal & External audits
- Sound in Process / systems knowledge / experience
- Strategic thinking ability and good data analysis skills
- Excellent Communication Skills and presentation skills

**Must have technical/ professional qualifications**

Any Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree with added advantage of

Billing, Accounting and Finance

Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)

Analytical Skills: BI & SQL
