*Job Overview:*

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Supervise and coordinate the production process, from raw material handling to the packaging of final products.
- Monitor and manage machinery breakdowns, minimizing downtime and coordinating maintenance and repairs.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize production processes and equipment reliability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
- Oversee a team of operators, providing training and support to ensure high levels of technical competence and performance.
- Schedule routine inspections and maintenance, track operational metrics, and prepare reports on production performance.
- Liaise with other departments, such as supply chain and quality assurance, to ensure product specifications and schedules are met.

*Requirements:*
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a beverage manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of labeling, rinsing, filling, and capping machinery.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a technical manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise.
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Jhajjar, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)
