**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the packing team.
- Ensure all products are packed according to company standards and procedures.
- Inspect packaged goods for quality and conformity with specifications.
- Maintain and manage packing equipment to ensure proper function and safety.
- Train and guide new packing staff.
- Monitor inventory of packing materials and order supplies as needed.
- Develop and implement packing schedules and procedures.
- Address and resolve any issues related to packing.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize packing processes.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare reports on packing operations and efficiency.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
