**Job Overview**

We are seeking a Sales Administrator for company dealing in IT Solutions and Advertising for Sales back-office work at Kothrud in Pune, Maharashtra.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating invoices for clients, ensuring all invoices are accurate, and resolving billing errors.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms.
- Prepare monthly reports & present to Management
- Calculation of incentives of Sales Team & get it approved
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Sales Order booking.
- Maintain and update customer and prospect databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in any stream
- Proven experience as a sales administrator, sales support representative, or similar.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sales-related documentation.
- Excellent Communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi
- Handling sales data analytics, Lead Generation.

**Location: Kothrud, Pune.
