**Role of Associate Employability**

As an Associate Employability, your role would primarily be to develop high quality assessments to ensure in-time delivery to corporate clients.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Develop high-quality assessments
- Engage with clients for all assessment related queries
- Systematic execution of delivery processes to meet corporate requirements
- Build deeper knowledge about campus hiring through assessments and help corporate in meeting their requirements

**Experience**
- 0 - 3 years in designing and delivering assessments

**Desired Qualifications / Traits**
- MBA with an engineering degree
- Understands assessments and its usage in hiring process
- Database management - Working knowledge of excel
- Strong in logical abilities - being able to think about possible client requirements
- Very Good communicator - verbal and written
- Process oriented - Preferably from a consulting background
