**Objective**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Accounting Operations**:

- Maintain daily books of accounts, including entries for sales, purchases, and other transactions.
- Assist in managing and reconciling bank statements.
- Record, verify, and process invoices, expenses, and bills.
- Manage petty cash and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
- **Data Entry & Record Keeping**:

- Update financial records and create regular reports for management review.
- Maintain and organize financial documents, including receipts, invoices, and contracts.
- **Reconciliations & Audits**:

- Perform monthly and quarterly account reconciliations.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and clarifications.
- **Coordination & Support**:

- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and clients regarding payment-related matters.
- Provide support to the finance team for budgeting and forecasting activities.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or relevant accounting qualification.
- **Experience**: Fresher to 6 months of accounting experience (internship experience will be considered).
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel). Basic knowledge of accounting software such as Tally or QuickBooks will be an advantage.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to work with numbers and pay strong attention to detail.
- **Communication**: Good verbal and written communication skills.
- **Organization & Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- **Integrity & Professionalism**: Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information.
- Residing in or near Noida for ease of commute.
