**Job Title**: Junior Accountant
**Company**: Viable Outsource Solution
**Location**: Noida 63 (On-site Job)
**Shift Timing**: 9 PM to 6 AM

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Work with accounting software such as QuickBooks and Xero (preferred).
- Ensure adherence to international accounting principles.
- Collaborate with senior accountants and other departments for financial accuracy.
- Handle client queries and provide necessary accounting support.
- Utilize MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com, BBA Finance, or MBA preferred).**:

- **Good command of accounting principles and financial reporting.**:

- **Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.**:

- **Basic knowledge of international accounting principles.**:

- **Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.**:

- **Knowledge of QuickBooks and Xero is a plus.**:

- **Ability to work night shifts (9 PM - 6 AM).**:

- **Minimum 6 months of experience in Indian accounting.**:

- **Learning attitude and eagerness to grow in the field.**
