Calling existing and potential clients/customers to persuade them to purchase organization services and products.
- Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
- Managing customer/clients accounts by ensuring that existing customers/client remain satisfied with company products and services.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers/clients to encourage repeat business.
- Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer/clients rejections.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer/client requirements and close sales
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Criteria:

- Bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience working as a telesales executive.
- The ability to follow scripts.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Guwahati, Assam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Telemarketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Academic counseling: 1 year (preferred)
