Job Summary:
As a Safety Officer, you will be responsible for daily safety management and training in the company, ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with relevant safety regulations and government guidelines. You will collaborate with various departments to coordinate safety inspections, address hazards, and organize safety meetings and emergency drills.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Perform daily safety inspections to ensure a safe working environment and promptly address any identified issues.
2. Conduct monthly safety hazard inspections, coordinate with departments to resolve hazards, and track the closure of identified issues.
3.Regularly assess the performance of security personnel, provide guidance and training to ensure efficient and compliant security operations.
4.Familiarize yourself with safety guidelines and regulations set by the Indian government, provide guidance and conduct safety audits to ensure compliance within the company.
5.Organize quarterly safety meetings, engage departments in discussions regarding safety issues and improvement measures, and track their implementation.
6.Coordinate annual emergency drills to familiarize employees with emergency procedures and evaluate and enhance emergency response capabilities.
7.Conduct safety induction training for new employees, including safety awareness, emergency situation handling, and introduction to relevant safety protocols.

**Requirements**:
1.Possess 1-5 years of experience in safety management, with a strong understanding of safety processes and operations.
2.Excellent communication and coaching skills to effectively collaborate and train employees at different levels and across departments.
3.Familiarity with safety guidelines and regulations established by the Indian government, along with knowledge of relevant safety standards and requirements.
4.Strong organizational and coordination abilities to effectively manage safety meetings and emergency drills.
5.Proficient English language skills, both oral and written, to prepare and review relevant documents and reports.

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
