Position **:Safety Officer**

Location : Ranjangaon, Pune

Weekly Off : Sunday

Experience : 2-4Years

Qualification : Any Graduate / Post Graduate, Diploma in Safety and Firefighting preferred
- Take factory rounds to identify unsafe conditions and take corrective measures for the same.
- Prepare all the compliance reports and implement statutory compliances regarding Safety, Health and Environment;
- Conducting induction training for all contract, permanent workers & Staff related to organizational Safety.
- Creating safety awareness from time to time through various motivational and information activities in the factory and Head Office.
- Ensure availability and maintenance of ambulance.
- Regularly check stock of PPE items and first aid items.
- Ensure display of safety measures and instructions on the shop floor at all prominent locations.
- Check HSD storage tank, CO2 gas storage tank, pump house.
- Maintain obstruction free gangways in the plant.
- Maintain health register of the factory.
- Conducting regular health Checkups for all the staffs & Workers.
- Organizing events on Safety week, World’s Environment day etc.
- MIS creation & circulation
- Audit compliance & closure
- Conducting mock drills
- Improve processes by departmental process manual Updation.
- Scope to act internal auditor for EMS and OHS

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Safety & Fire Fighting: 2 years (preferred)
