**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Communication**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to discuss rental needs and available options.
- Answer incoming calls and address inquiries about car and bus rentals in a polite and professional manner.
- **Booking Management**:

- Assist clients with booking requests, and handle changes or cancellations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure vehicle availability and timely delivery.
- **Customer Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable rental options to meet their requirements.
- **Complaint Resolution**:

- Address customer complaints in a calm and efficient manner.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department, ensuring timely resolution.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, bookings, and complaints.
- Prepare weekly reports on call activity, follow-ups, and client feedback.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- Minimum HSC (12th Pass) or equivalent; additional qualifications in Customer Service or Business Communication is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- **Fresher can apply**:

- 1 year of experience in customer service, telecalling, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi knowledge is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Positive attitude, patience, and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to handle client inquiries and complaints in a calm and respectful manner.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a focus on customer satisfaction.
