Overview:
As an Ecommerce Order Processor, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations within all ecommerce platforms. You will be responsible for processing orders accurately and efficiently, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with various teams to meet customer demands and expectations.
**Responsibilities**:
Order Processing:
Receive and review incoming orders from customers through the ecommerce platform.
Verify order accuracy, including items, quantities, and shipping details.
Process and data entry orders in ERP, generating packing slips, Shipping labels and promptly and accurately in accordance with online policy.
Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping updates, and any issues that may arise.
Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels and product availability to fulfill customer orders.
Coordinate with warehouse or fulfillment teams to ensure timely restocking of inventory.
Update inventory records online marketplace and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
Identify and report any inventory-related issues or concerns to management.
Customer Service:
Handle customer returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.
Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other teams such as customer support, warehouse, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and prioritize workload.
Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Compliance:
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards related to order processing, data security, and customer privacy.
Stay informed about ecommerce regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance with relevant laws and guidelines.
Qualifications:
College Degree or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in ecommerce order processing, customer service, or related field preferred.
Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms and order management systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards resolving issues.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Familiarity with inventory management practices and software is a plus.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
