Assistant/ Associate Professor

Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development: Design and oversee the delivery of a best-in-classwork-integrated learning program for hospitality students.
Industry Collaboration: Establish and maintain strong relationships with leading hospitality brands to facilitate on-the-job training and internships. Faculty & Trainer Management: Work with faculty, industry experts, and trainers to ensure high-quality instruction.
- Operational Oversight: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of the program, including academic and industry training schedules. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with university partners, accreditation bodies,and corporate partners to ensure compliance and program success.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in hospitality education or training. Prior experience as a professor in IHM institutes or as part of the L&D team in alarge hospitality chain.
- Strong industry network and knowledge of hospitality training standards and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Passion for education, student development, and industry-aligned training.
